Our miniature dachshund Max is a regular visitor at Cys Ci for both daycare and boarding. We know we are leaving Max in safe hands with a very experienced and professional team. The premises are very secure and clean. Max gets plenty of exercise either in the secure enclosure or on the beach and we are kept updated throughout his stay with messages, photos and videos. Max enjoys his time at the retreat and has made a lot of furry friends, he loves the staff and looks forward to his stays there. Max comes home clean, well-fed, happy and tired! Benji, our lab has stayed here a few times now and always has a blast! The team are great at keeping us updated and his best buddy Leah always takes the best pics to let us know how much he’s enjoying himself! Very caring and professional team.

My Retriver loves it here. They do everything to make your pets stay as enjoyable and fun. My Retriver enjoys running and playing with the others but if you want them not to mix that's fine. Staff are friendly, approachable and nothing is too much bother for your pet to enjoy their stay. 100% recommended 👌

A fantastic place for dogs! Being very nervous to leave him anywhere, Cysci’s team have been great giving updates and a guided tour prior to his first visit. He loves his time there and runs in happy every time, a real peace of mind knowing he’s happy and cared for, socialising and having all the fuss. They’ve also been fantastic in using Welsh as his commands are in Welsh, ensuring he has consistency. With next to no recall the secure facilities let him have freedom whilst keeping him safe, and allowing him to be a dog doing dog stuff! Diolch Cysci!

This was Bella’s first stay here, only her second stay ever in a dog kennel and also her longest-ever stay. I was very nervous leaving her as she is a Velcro dog, but even more clingy this time as she was in season.
But, as soon as I saw a picture and video of her having the best zoomies ever around the field I knew she couldn’t be happier. The daily updates were perfect and Bella came home super clean and soft, she’d clearly been pampered! Highly recommend Cys Ci! Diolch.

We have been on holiday in Pembrokeshire and booked Yorkie and Dolly into Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat for 3 days in our first week and the same for the second week, they loved it and after the first time could not wait to go back. My wife was a little worried as the British Bulldog, Dolly is very attached to her however she could not wait to go the second time round. Both Yorkie and Dolly came back tired both times with the team keeping us updated through the WhatsApp chat. Great work team, great service, and Yorkie and Dolly loved it.

We booked in our Vizla Besi for a few stays at Cys Ci, and she loved it!! The safe environment and the friendly staff made me feel immediately at ease when dropping her off. Just had my dog Max here over the weekend, I’ve never been to such a nice kennel before.. I always find it hard leaving Max somewhere but I had regular updates and just looking at the suites where Max was staying really put me at ease!! I have no hesitation in bringing him back for a little holiday again.

If I could rate Cys Ci it would be more than 5 stars, it’s the best place by far for your furry friends. Teddy has been coming here for over a year he absolutely loves it, and can't wait to get out of the car and get in there. He's made lots of new friends and even has a girlfriend called Daisy. He's well looked after whether it’s daycare or overnight, all the staff who work there take really good care of him, they work really hard, and they keep you updated on their time there, taking videos and photos and sending them to you. When Ted comes home he is happy and tired, his sleeping pattern hasn't changed when he's home he's a happy little chappie.

I can’t recommend Cys Ci enough! I booked my Jack Russell in for four nights along with her two twelve-week-old puppies and the service was better than I even imagined! I could not imagine trusting anyone else with my fur babies! They regularly kept in contact and sent pictures and videos for reassurance. A very big thank you to Lily for being so great at your job! Massive thank you again from Phoebe, Milo & Little Girl.. will see you again in August.
