About our Boarding Suites

Each dog will have their own boarding suite unless an owner wishes for dogs from the same household to share. All suites are fitted with underfloor heating, automatic refilling water bowls and access to individual, personal outside exercise runs. Throughout the Retreat building, we have an integrated sound system for calming music and Pet Remedy’s wonderful plug-in diffusers to help contribute to that all-important calm and relaxing environment that we strive to create.

Each suite block is also fitted with a thermostat to ensure dogs are kept as cosy and comfortable, temperature-wise, while they take a snooze or enjoy their downtime, no matter the time of year. Raised beds and bedding can be supplied, but we do recommend that you bring some of your dog’s own bedding and toys, to help with a sense of familiarity and homeliness during their stay with us.

All dogs must be fully flead, wormed, and vaccinated, including Kennel Cough to stay at Cys Ci, in order to ensure the health and safety of our other guests.

We recommend that your dog comes for a day care session with us before their boarding stay. This allows them to get to know us and our place beforehand, and will help them settle before their stay.

You will receive regular updates via our members portal, including photos, videos and general updates on how they are enjoying themselves during the duration of their stay at Cys Ci.

A minimum two-night stay is required for bookings made between Friday and Monday.

Basic Boarding Prices

£36 a night per dog (inclusive of VAT).
For dogs from the same household sharing a suite, it is £44.40 for 2 or more dogs (please note this charge includes day care for the duration of your dog’s stay).

Drop-off and collection times for Boarding and Daycare

Morning Drop off:
Between 8.30 am and 9.30 am
Afternoon Collection:
Between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm
